Welcome to Wilk's, a beloved establishment in Streator, IL, since 1996. Our bar and grill specializes in gaming and offers a vibrant atmosphere for locals and visitors alike. Our venue features Gold Rush Gaming, pool tables, and live music to keep you entertained. Join us every Friday for Local Dart Tournaments and test your skills in our private gaming room. Our Story

Welcome to Wilk’s, a Streator staple since 1996. What started as one man’s dream to be his own boss has grown into a beloved neighborhood bar and grill where good times, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere come together.

It all began when my husband, a former Department of Corrections officer, decided to take a leap of faith and buy a bar. The building had been closed for quite some time, with no clientele and a lot of work ahead. But with determination, long hours, and a vision for what Wilk’s could be, we built it from the ground up, transforming it into a lively, go-to spot for locals and visitors alike.

Over the years, Wilk’s has become more than just a bar—it’s a community. It’s a place where friends gather after work, where first-time customers quickly become regulars, and where good times are always on the menu. Whether you are stopping by for a cold beer, a handcrafted cocktail, or just looking for a friendly atmosphere to unwind, we have something for everyone.

When my husband passed away, it was important to me to keep his dream alive and continue everything we had built together. Running Wilk’s has been a journey filled with challenges, but the support of our loyal customers and the Streator community has made it all worthwhile. After 28 years in business, we are proud to still be serving great drinks, delicious food, and unforgettable memories.

At Wilk’s, we offer a huge selection of liquor, beer, and cocktails, along with a menu full of satisfying food options. But it’s not just about the drinks—it’s about the experience. Whether you are looking to relax on our outdoor patio, challenge a friend to a game of pool, or enjoy live music, there is always something happening here

For those who love a little friendly competition, our Weekly Dart Tournament is the place to be every Friday at 7 PM. We also feature Gold Rush Gaming in our private gaming room for those feeling lucky. No matter what brings you through our doors, you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of entertainment to keep the night going.

Wilk’s has been a part of Streator for nearly three decades, and we are excited to keep the tradition going for many more years to come. Whether you have been with us since the beginning or are visiting for the first time, we look forward to serving you.
